Service Description

Tableo is an AI-powered Google review management platform designed exclusively for restaurants. The service monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews and generates personalized, on-brand replies using artificial intelligence.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Billing

• Tableo offers a 30-day free trial for new users
• Paid plans start at $9.99 per month
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — no long-term contracts
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tableo to:

• Generate or post abusive, defamatory, or fake reviews
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated scraping tools or bots against the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Intellectual Property

Tableo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tableo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your restaurant content and the review replies generated for your account.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tableo does not guarantee specific improvements to your Google rating, review volume, or search rankings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tableo's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Tableo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tableo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
