This is the most common concern — and the most common surprise. Tableo uses one of the most advanced AI models available, trained to write naturally. You also set your tone (professional, warm, formal, empathetic) and add your signature phrases. Most restaurant owners say they can't tell the difference between their own replies and Tableo's.

What if I want to edit a reply before it goes out?

Right now, replies are drafted and you can copy and edit them before posting to Google. We're building full auto-posting (with an approval option) for later this year. Every reply is visible in your dashboard the moment it's generated.

How does it actually connect to my Google reviews?

Accepted Answer

Simple — you add one email address (help.tableo@gmail.com) as a manager on your Google Business Profile. Google then sends review notifications to that address. No API keys, no developer setup, no technical knowledge needed. Takes about 3 minutes.

What happens when a really bad review comes in?

You get an instant email alert with the full review text and the AI reply already drafted. You can review it, edit it if you want, then post it. For 1 and 2-star reviews, we always recommend a personal follow-up — Tableo flags these clearly so nothing slips through.

Does it work for restaurants with multiple locations?

Yes. The Pro plan covers up to 5 locations. Each location gets its own dashboard view and its own monitoring. You can set different tones for different locations too.

What if I want to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel anytime from your billing settings — one click, no forms, no phone calls. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't believe in making cancellation difficult.

Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?

Yes — 30 days completely free. We do ask for a card upfront (it filters out non-serious signups and means we can give you full access immediately), but you won't be charged a single cent until day 31. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

It hasn't happened yet — but if it does, contact us immediately at help@tableo.co and we'll fix it. We stand behind every reply our AI generates. If a reply ever costs you a customer, we'll refund that month. Full stop.
